Kimwood Court Design Project

Our primary task as interior designers is to create beautiful spaces that encourage comfortable and easy living. But we don't treat that as our only objective. We hope that by building trust during our process, our clients feel confident returning to us as they navigate every new chapter – whether it be renovating, expanding, or even building a dream home.

We love to get personal with clients. We meet in their space to share visions and discuss objectives, but also to learn about them personally. It's through understanding a person's lifestyle and specific needs that we are able to achieve a space that best serves them. Those casual conversations are so often the start of lasting relationships – relationships that occasionally even blossom into friendships.

One of those special client-turned-friend couples allowed us in to design their entry, living area, eat-in kitchen and office space. Their home had beautiful existing features – coffered ceilings, arched walkways and beautiful paint colors – so our role was simply to accent those features and create a space that allowed them to entertain, relax and make way for their first little ones (yes - twins!), arriving later in the year.

The result was a casual yet elegant space filled with natural light, texture and unique pieces.
